Daejeon Health University Signs MOU with NXT Cloud to Build an AI-Based Project Management System

Daejeon Health University signed an MOU with NXT Cloud for the efficient operation of its AID (AI+Digital) Transformation Focus College Support Project and for building an AI-based project management system, and the two discussed how to build and use AI agents. The partners focused on integrated management of project documents such as execution plans, result reports, and settlement records, along with automatic checks for missing submissions and errors against budget execution rules and supporting evidence. They also discussed a pilot run on the AID project first, keeping existing manual approvals and PDF uploads in parallel and setting access permissions for faculty, staff, and project managers.
