[Exclusive] AI Next in Line After Team and Division Heads? Yeonam IT University Deploys Korea's First 'AI Vice President' in Administration

Yeonam IT University became the first Korean university to bring AI into its headquarters' document approval process, launching the 'AI Check-on System' as the flagship service of its vice-president-level digital advisory body, the AI Officer. The system cross-checks approval documents against their attachments in real time to catch missing evidence and mismatched figures, and detects potential risks by linking internal regulations and budget data. It was developed in collaboration with AWS and NXT Cloud.
