Yeonam IT University Activates Korea's First University AI Advisor, the 'AI Officer'

Yeonam IT University, operated by the LG Yonam Foundation, unveiled the 'AI Check-on System', the first flagship service of the 'AI Officer', a vice-president-level digital advisory body established last November. Developed in collaboration with AWS and NXT Cloud, the system cross-checks approval documents against their attachments in real time, and the AI immediately files a rejection note when supporting evidence is missing or figures do not match. It also links internal regulations and budget data to detect potential risks and generates key summary reports for approvers.
